To celebrate The Queen's Platinum Jubilee, St Aidan's Church in Bamburgh, are going to install a Jubilee Bell in the Bell Tower. This will be an automated and programmable mechanism that will ring an existing bell on the hour during the day and can also be used for other occasions. Bamburgh Heritage Trust is raising the money to enable this to happen, and we very much hope you will support us so the bell can be heard ringing in the village for years to come.
