Following the Remembrance Sunday Service at St Aidan's Church at 11.00am on 13th November a wreath laying ceremony will take place at Bamburgh War Memorial at 12.00 to commemorate the centenary of World War 1 and The Battle of the Somme. Wreaths will be laid on behalf of Bamburgh Parish Council and The Heritage Trust by relatives of Soldiers from Bamburgh who fell during the Great War.

An exhibition to commemorate the centenary of World War I and the Battle of the Somme will be held on Remembrance Sunday 13th November 2016 at 9.45 - 10.45am and 12.30pm to 2.00pm in the Crypt at Saint Aidan's Church, Bamburgh.
