A public exhibition was held in The Pavillion in Bamburgh on Tuesday 18 October 2016 by Northumberland County Council, to raise awareness of highway improvements proposed for the village. The exhibition also displayed plans for improving the layout and number of spaces available in the Council's car park.Road safety measures are planned for each of the village approach roads in an effort to slow traffic speeds. Work will be carried out in November 2016 alongside road resurfacing works on Links Road. Below are the links to these maps.

Additionally, views are being sought on conceptual designs for the village centre as shown below these are only ideas to promote discussion.  If you wish to make comments on the any of the plans below please use the contact facility on the home page of this website which allows you to enter comments which are then sent to the Parish Clerk who will collate them and send them to Northumberland County Council.
